Each piece is made with real fruit juice, hand-poured in small batches, and cut by hand. Add on the Sour Dip for a tart zing to balance the sweetness. Because of the 100% fruit juice, these have a softer look than some of my other products, but has the same crunchy outside, jelly inside texture!

This handmade candy is known as kohakutou in Japan, and also known as "crystal" or "sea glass" candy. It has a unique texture that's crunchy on the outside and a firm jelly in the middle. Each of these boxes are handmade from start to finish in Melbourne, FL. And, yes, this candy is that viral "crystal candy" you've seen online!

Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.
